Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for both parties. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 24-48 hours prior will receive a 50% refund, and those made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable. No refunds are given for no-shows. If the company cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Amendments to bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method. For special circumstances, exceptions may be considered with documentation. Contact customer service with any questions.
